(Esta es una reseña en inglés que varios alumnos del curso 4ºB bilingüe participantes en el programa ERASMUS+ del IES El Astillero han realizado con motivo de la visita de varios estudiantes de países como Italia, Polonia y Alemania).
We have enjoyed a wonderful week with the other students. During their stay here in Cantabria we visited lots of different places and historical monuments. Moreover, we have learnt about each other's culture. Not only did we learnt about immigration ,but also we met friendly people we will miss a lot.
The first day we visited the Faculty of Economics and in the afternoon we went to Santander and had a guided tour of La Magdalena palace. WE enjoyed this guided visit a lot and we had an incredible time. On the second day, we had a talk about refugees and the Red Cross Reception Centre in Torrelavega. Later we visited the Rowing club and in the afternoon we went to the Altamira museum and Santillana del Mar. The weather wasn't great, but we enjoyed a lot anyway.
On Wednesday we went to VIllacarriedo and Selaya and learnt how to make cheese and tasted some "sobaos".
On Thursday we worked a bit at school on our presentations
and in the afternoon we tasted some "chocolate con churros" in Santander.
Friday was a sad day because it was the last one. We spent the day and the evening together.
We have had a beautiful experience that we will never forget.
