Las alumnas Alba Méndez Ocejo, Elia Castillo Saiz e Isabel Iglesias Fernández de 3°B ESO nos has preparado esta reseña en inglés sobre la charla de Mark, un profesor británico que vino a hablarnos de su país.
Last week, Mark, an English teacher, came to our High School to give us a talk about the UK, because he is from there.
He explained to us the countries that make up the UK. In addition, he told us about the monarchy. Then, he asked us questions related to this and we had to answer them. If we knew the answer, he gave us pens or notebooks.
We had a great time. But the most incredible moment was when he phoned his mum. Mark’s mother helped us with a difficult question and she got it right.
It was a great experience and we learned new vocabulary and culture which we didn’t know before.
